A Thought for Today - Love is More than a Tweet!
We can share our ideas and thoughts on Facebook. We can even share our voices and images using technology. But let us not convince ourselves that this is all there is to human love. Let's not sit at our computers and convince ourselves that we are connecting with each other and that is all we have to do to maintain our relationships. Technology alone is not enough. We need to be with others during our best and most vulnerable times, not just when it is convenient to be online where I can easily distance myself from you. I need to look in your eyes and see your soul and your humanity. Love is more than a tweet.
